uses the CBA model to evaluate the experience of individuals applying for registration as Member (P.Geo.). This model is used by regulators nationally to improve transparency and fairness for applicants, and ensure protection of the public.<\/p><p>The CBA model assesses whether an applicant has achieved the necessary competencies for professional registration while obtaining the required 48 months\u2019 experience. The process includes a self-assessment by the applicant relative to 29 competencies in four categories, followed by review and assertion of validators (applicant\u2019s work supervisors), and then
