Geoscientists Nova Scotia from 2001 to 2014

Recommended by the Canadian Geoscience Standards Board (CGSB) of theCanadian Council of Professional Geoscientists (CCPG). Three streams exist for registration as a professional geoscientist in Nova Scotia.

They are:

  • geology stream,
  • environmental geoscience stream
  • geophysics stream.

Each stream requires 20 EUs in addition to the 9 EUs of ‘general science’ requirements. The total is 29 EUs.
